Kristall Umzüge

I chose Kristall Umzüge from several offers based on a personal cost estimate from the company's boss, Mr Libar. It was about moving high-quality furniture, works of art, etc. and at the same time clearing out / disposal of the basement including the dismantling of massive sauna. Partial relocation ex Potsdam with storage in Berlin took place on October 11th, 2020. I am very satisfied with the performance of Kristall, including the price / performance ratio, and would recommend the company to each of my friends with a clear conscience. In detail: detailed offer, nevertheless with a fixed price; in the case of high-quality disposal goods, willingness to counterbalance; Flexible response to special packaging requests (covering / protection of the corridor, cardboard boxes instead of air cushions, etc.), on the day of the move an extremely competent team, all speaking German, with a trained furniture maker, very clean and tidy trucks that adhered exactly to the specifications ... very careful Work, careful packing despite the time invested etc .. it took longer than we all expected - still no mouthing, no picking up, super-committed - that had to be rewarded. Mr. Libar and team, thank you again and again for moving in from my storage in the future!

The company Kristall Umzüge from Berlin, which carried out our move within Berlin, came with enough helpers on the day of the move and were on time and started immediately after arrival. The move with the moving company of my choice went perfectly and exactly according to plan, as Mr. Libal had announced. The no-stopping zone was also in place and the truck could park right in front of the house, which was very important because I live in Berlin-Neuköln and there would be no other parking spaces. In no time at all, the moving boxes were loaded and furniture was secured in the moving van and the furniture was being assembled at the same time. Class! The furniture was protected with a foil and moving blankets, which calmed me down a lot, as the furniture was partly new and very expensive. I promised to write a good review to Kristall Umzüge because you did a really good job, so I would like to say thank you to the team again! I have had many moving companies and as we know there are many in Berlin, but I can only warmly recommend this moving company!

I chose the moving company because I liked the advice and the moving service. There were significantly cheaper moving companies in Berlin, but I've already read a lot of negative things about low-cost providers.
Well, I am completely satisfied with my decision and can only warmly recommend Kristall Umzüge who moved from Berlin to Munich. A 7.5 ton truck came and everything fit and worked wonderfully!
It was great how the moving helpers managed the move. Many thanks again to the whole team!
